Hi!

A new update for Poker Poker Magic is available! This is version 1.6.1, and it brings a whole new translation and major changes to the gameplay!

Portuguese (BR) translation

Thanks to the amazing work of Marcelo, the entire game is now fully translated in Brazilian Portuguese! From the story mode to all menus and tutorials!

Gameplay refinements

Improved Rotation Near Walls

You can now rotate the cards even when they are against a wall or the floor. The main block will kick the wall or kick the floor to adjust its position and allow the rotation, a familiar mechanic for Puyo Puyo players.

Better rotations and lock delay

Cards no longer lock immediately when they land. You now have a short time to move or rotate them before they stick! Rotating the block slightly extends this delay, but only for a limited time.

You can still press “down” to lock immediately if you are in a rush.

Quality of life Improvements

White Outline on the Main Card

The main card now has a white outline to help you quickly see which one will rotate. This should make movement and combo planning easier to read at a glance.

Chain Counter Display

During a chain reaction, a visible counter will now show how many chains you’ve achieved!

This update should make gameplay feel smoother and more intuitive overall.
